Please note that we reserve the right to charge a R250 administration fee for all bookings not cancelled atleast 4 hours prior to the appointment time, or for no-shows. This fee is automatically charged in the event of late cancellations or no-shows, and cannot be claimed from your medical aid.

You remain personally liable for all outstanding fees on your account.
